This was my graduation project Academie Artemis. Because of a surplus of vacant offices in the business district Zuidas in Amsterdam, I designed a portable moving Pop-Up restaurant for Grolsch. The assignment asked for a commercial connection to a brand, which in my case was Grolsch. The Pop-Up restaurant can put up in any vacant office and is easily transferred to another location. This project resulted in three books. The first involved research I conducted in the neighbourhood and interviews with the target group. The second book involved a trend forecast. And the third book showed the visual presentation of the entire concept. I also explored other potential commercial output for Grolsch: a dinner reservations app, 'flessenpost' , and the menu.
