Graduation project connected to Grolsch. Because of a surplus of vacant offices in the business district Zuidas in Amsterdam, I designed a portable moving Pop-Up restaurant for Grolsch. The assignment asked for a commercial connection to a brand, which in my case was Grolsch. The Pop-Up restaurant is able to take place in any vacant office and is easily moved to another location. This concept was presented three books, research in the area and intended target group, a trend forecast and the visual presentation of the concept. I also worked out some parts of the look and feel of 'TREK' like an app, 'message in a bottle' from Grolsch, the menu and a way to change offices quickly.
